We conduct our coaching work in Sporting, Military and Corporate environments. Our mentoring work is conducted with c-suite leaders looking to build the next phase of their career journey.
Mentoring is a relationship between two people with the goal of professional and/or personal development.
Our mentoring approach is focused mainly on professional career development in the 2 – 5 year time-horizon.
Our degree qualified mentors have local, regional and global experience across a range of industries, and they share their knowledge, experience and wisdom with their “mentees” to advance their careers in the short, medium and long term.
