During Alison’s 20-year corporate experience includes a global role with the ING Group in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, a Regional role with Morgan Stanley and a Director at UBS in Australia. Her portfolio has included the specialist fields of OD, Strategy & Change, Performance & Rewards, Leadership Development and Learning.
Throughout her career Alison’s focus has been on developing high-performing, highly engaged teams that contribute significant value to the business and enable individuals to move toward their potential.
Alison has been a senior leader in major change initiatives across a number of sectors and businesses including brand transformation and business transformation projects and major business restructuring initiatives.

Steve is an internationally experienced, senior management consultant who has worked on strategic assignments across a broad range of industries and sectors in the USA, The Middle East, and Europe.
In addition to his consulting work Steve has also held a range of C-suite executive roles in the USA, Europe and Australia.
